Prior to joining the Touch Points team early in 2008, Carol Ann worked more than 10 years as an executive assistant to high-level managers in two corporations, including one of Virginia's largest employers. A seasoned professional, Carol Ann understands the change management process from the inside out. She has helped to expertly guide employees at all levels of a corporation-executives, managers, admins, team members-through a complex workplace change and eagerly embraces the challenges that arise throughout the entire process.
