Scott, APR In the emerging arena of workplace management, Jennifer Scott is a recognized change-agent with hands-on experience and a proven track record leading large multi-faceted project teams for Fortune 200 companies. As the entrepreneurial president of her own firm, Touch Points Public Relations, she engages corporate executives and managers of all levels with a unique skill-set that combines big-picture thinking, strong strategic communications and proactive brand marketing, along with a passion for sound methodology and robust effectiveness measurement. During a massive three-year initiative to effect workplace change for more than 6,000 employees of a national financial institution, she initiated comprehensive training and communications programs heralded as the “best ever” by the company’s key stakeholders. Her deep-dive immersion into the corporation’s culture and internal systems resulted in progressive and leading-edge change plans that garnered coveted industry awards like Working Mother’s “Top 100 Best Places to Work” and the highest national Corporate Real Estate award for innovation. Throughout her 15-year career, Jennifer has spearheaded crisis communication planning and execution for Fortune 500 companies and also developed award-winning public relations programs and compelling grassroots community programs for clients from nonprofit organizations to regional corporations to several of the world’s most respected brands such as The Home Depot, Reynolds Consumer Products (the makers of Reynolds Wrap Aluminum Foil) and Capital One Finance.
