Touch Points President Jennifer Y. Scott, APR, is serving as 2009 president of the Richmond Public Relations Foundation under the auspices of the Richmond Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA Richmond). Established in 1999, the Foundation is a 501 (C)(3) charity and raises funds for its established endowment and for two scholarships that are awarded annually. As president, Scott leads the Foundation's fundraising efforts and develops initiatives to promote the benefits and scholarships supported by the Foundation.
